Personalized training in your own space — completely designed around you. Choose between Pilates Mat or Functional Fitness sessions, tailored to your goals, needs, and energy. Online classes

Move with me from your own space — and just as personal as in-person sessions.

You can book a private one-on-one session or join a small group Pilates Mat class (max 6 people) all guided in real time via Google Meet. Whether you’re building core strength, improving posture, recovering from injury, or moving through pregnancy or postpartum, each class is adapted to your body and your energy.

💻 All you need is your mat, some space to move, and a bit of Wi-Fi. Props or light weights are welcome but optional.

Outdoor classes

Nothing beats moving in the fresh air, under the trees, and feeling grounded with your body and your surroundings. These small group classes take place in Vondelpark park of Amsterdam. Once you book, I’ll share the exact meeting point with you by email.

Depending on the session, we’ll either focus on core-strengthening Pilates flows or energizing functional fitness, including circuit-style training, bodyweight strength, and low-impact cardio. Every class is designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and refreshed.
